We are proud to offer hood Louvers for your OBS truck! The primary object of these louvers is to decrease under hood pressure and allow the front of the truck to stay closer to the ground at high speeds. The front of your truck is high off the ground and very flat compared to a sports car. At-speed air is forced through the radiator and pressurizes the engine bay. The air is forced to escape out from under the truck thus creating lift. These louvers allow the air pressure to escape up out of the hood and mix with air traveling over the hood and truck. This keeps the front of the truck and hood more stable.
